How it works
Bowl feeders use controlled vibration to move bulk parts along a spiral track inside a circular bowl. As parts travel upwards, custom tooling ensures correct alignment and orientation before they exit the bowl for the next stage of your process.
With bowl feeders, when the track is full, the bowl turnsoff. When parts get low, the hopper turns on.
This method ensures repeatable, high throughput feeding with minimal manual intervention.
