Case and tray packing
What is a case packer?
Case packers automate the packing of boxes and trays at the end of the production line. Engineered for maximum efficiency, the CP case packer range offers industry-leading throughput, high payload capacity, and a compact footprint. Easily integrated into your production line, these case packers can be customised to meet various throughput demands and picking patterns.

Integrating a case packer into our production line was just so seamless and quick! It really has been a game-changer for our manufacturing facilities. We've seen a significant boost in uptime and throughput since the installation, especially as we're able to cover multiple lines with the single case packer.

Utilising OMRON cobot technology, the CP Case packer range strikes a perfect balance between footprint and payload capacity. It bridges the gap between heavy payload industrial case packing systems and high-speed, low payload systems, offering a flexible and versatile solution to the packaging process that can be quickly changed to suit a variety of product lines.
The CP600 is ideal for smaller applications, with nearly half the footprint of the CP1200. It packs boxes and trays at 600 cycles per hour using an OMRON TM20 robot arm, handling payloads of up to 20kg. Perfect for space-constrained factories, the CP600's footprint is just 1479 x 1750mm.
The CP1200 is our top case packer, featuring two OMRON TM20 robot arms that can pack boxes and trays at 1200 cycles per hour. Each arm handles payloads of up to 20kg with a 1100mm reach, ensuring faster picks and shorter travel times. All of this is achieved within a compact footprint of 1780 x 2480mm.
