Site Assessment for AMR Automation Readiness

Our sales team will conduct furlough site assessments to attain the following information about the existing operation:

• Assess what materials require automated transportation

• Presence of repetitive material movement

• Map out current material flow processes and identify inefficiencies.

• Existing pain points (labour shortages, high handling costs)

• Existing methods of transportation and existing automation equipment for integration

• Data exchange with of SAP/WMS/MES

• Available floor space/layout – Route planning and execution

• What distances, loads, and frequencies are involved?

To verify the offered AMR solution, a simulation using fleet management software may be offered. Benefits of obtaining a simulation of your AMR fleet include:
