Powerful palletising
At the heart of the RB25s Palletiser is its highly-capable cobot arm, designed to lift payloads of up to 25kg with a reach of 1300mm. The cobot arm is capable of performing highly complex palletising functions, including simultaneous handling of dual-feed SKUs.
Fits your factory
Available in a wide range of layouts, the RB25s is designed to suit any application. Choose between a one- or two-pallet bay configuration, and customise your RB25s with perspex or mesh guarding. Upgrade options are also available, including custom end-of-arm tooling, slip sheet capability, and snap-together Smart Conveyors.
Intelligent interface
With our industry-leading EasyStack software built in, loading pallets is easier and safer than ever before. Its intuitive interface is packed with features that simplify palletising. Your palletiser is fully controlled from this single interface, and automatically serviced by optional AMRs and/or Smart Conveyors.
Safety simplified
The RB25s is equipped with an array of safety features that enable it to work in complete safety among humans. All movement stops instantly and automatically if the safety threshold is breached, and the perimeter guarding acts as a secondary safety boundary around the machine.
