QUICK ANSWER

Reeco's palletiser range spans compact, entry-level cobot cells through to heavy-duty FANUC-armed systems, covering roughly 12-35kg of payload across the lineup. The right model depends mainly on payload, reach, footprint and throughput — not just budget.

What does the range look like?

At the compact end, the RB Lite is Reeco's entry-level cobot palletiser, and the CB2000 Compact Palletiser uses an integrated cobot arm rated up to around 12kg payload in a footprint of roughly 1800 x 2000mm — built for the smallest available floor space.

The RB1200 steps up to a 1300mm reach cobot arm handling up to around 12kg, suited to small-to-medium volume producers. The RB25s uses a larger cobot arm rated up to 25kg with the same 1300mm reach, for heavier or bulkier products.

At the top of the range, the RB2000 moves to a full-size FANUC arm for higher-output, heavier-duty palletising and depalletising in demanding production environments.

What should actually decide the choice?

Payload and reach matter, but floor space, throughput target, and whether you need to depalletise as well as palletise all shape the decision as much as the headline spec.

Frequently asked

What's the difference between the RB1200 and RB25s?

+

Both use a 1300mm-reach cobot arm, but the RB25s is rated for heavier payloads (up to 25kg) than the RB1200 (up to around 12kg).

Which is Reeco's most compact palletiser?

+

The CB2000 Compact Palletiser, built for the smallest footprint in the range at roughly 1800 x 2000mm.

Which model is built for the highest throughput?

+

The RB2000, which uses a full-size FANUC arm for heavier-duty, higher-output palletising and depalletising.
